The Evergreen Heritage Center (EHC), located on approximately 130 acres of “Federal Hill” in the heart of Allegany County, is an historic Maryland farm and estate that pre-dates the Revolutionary War.
In 2008, At Evergreen, we transformed our property in Mt. Savage, Maryland, into an outdoor classroom for experiential education (also known as "hands-on" learning).
Currently, our award-winning programs annually reach over 5,000 youth and adults in Western Maryland.
